Hi, I'm Emma, a UX/UI designer dedicated to crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that empower and delight.  My journey began in teaching, where I honed my ability to break down complex ideas and foster engagement, followed by a role as a Digital Solutions Analyst in banking, analyzing digital platforms to enhance user interactions.  These experiences inspired my pivot to UX design, fueled by a UX/UI certificate and a passion for creating problem solving.​

 

I specialize in designing innovative solutions, particularly for fintech and AI-driven products, blending big-picture thinking with a user-focused approach.  From AI budgeting chatbots to streamlined banking apps, I love turning challenges into seamless designs. Outside of design, you can find me exploring AI trends, sketching ideas, or dreaming up my next creative project.
